Camping & Touring
We have 120 pitches available for riverside camping, touring caravans, motor homes, trailer tents and tents. Devon camping that includes free use of:
- Unmetered hot water for bathing, showers and washing-up
- Hard tennis court
- Children's enclosed play area

Indoor table tennis and table football
(no slot machines) - Tourist information room with colour Freeview TV, general reading and reference books
- An acre (0.4 hectare) Recreation Green for football and other ball games (these games are prohibited in the camping & touring fields for safety reasons)
- A plentiful supply of picnic tables
- Two permanent barbecue facilities
- Dog exercise area
NEW for 2012! - our Shepherd's Hut is for glamorous campers ('glampers') and those who want a different and stylish camping experience. Seasonal Pitches - we have a limited number of seasonal pitches available for 2012 - please contact us for details.
All hot water and showers free of charge.
General camping applies to the inner area of the main field on unmarked pitches.
Riverside pitches are always in demand and we advise advance booking.
Electric 'hook-up' pitches are situated along various boundaries and some copses; these are shown lined in red on our downloadable park map.
The six grass multi-service pitches (Pitches 44 to 49) are popular - to avoid disappointment we advise advance booking; these are shown lined in blue on our downloadable park map.
Five all-year round fully serviced pitches on hard-standing. These are situated near the Recreation Green behind hedges; these are shown in yellow on our downloadable park map.
All pitches are on a level plain with parking alongside for one car. Extra cars must be kept in the parking area.
Our fully serviced hard-standing pitches are open all year for motor homes and touring caravans. The grass camping and touring fields are closed for stock grazing from mid October to early March.
