CHARGES HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO THE NEW VAT RATE
ALL EXTRAS MUST BE BOOKED AND PAID
- Children under 3 years – no charge.
- Each extra person £24.46 per week
- Each dog £24.46 per week.
- High Chair or Cot £4.89 per booking (cot bedding not supplied).
- Park fishing permit £6 per day or £18 per week – fly or spinner only.
- Free use of hard tennis court
- Extra cars £4.89 per week.
- Deposit – 1/3rd of weekly charge, balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- Short breaks 1/5th of weekly rate per day Full inventory will be sent with booking confirmation.

WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR
Our superior caravan holiday homes are fully centrally heated and double glazed ensure extra comfort – warmer in winter, cooler in summer.
Your own patio area for al fresco dining.
All units are non-smoking and some are pet-free.
Dogs must not be left unattended for any reason and are not allowed on
seats and beds. There is a designated 4 acre dog exercise field.
VIXEN LODGE – SUPERIOR 2 BEDROOM LODGE
Spacious and comfortable, main bedroom en suite, second toilet and shower room.
Centrally heated and double glazed.
Sun-deck and patio furniture. Pet free.
